As a manager or supervisor, you must actively work to prevent, spot, and eliminate sexual harassment. But you also have a legal responsibility to respond swiftly and appropriately to sexual harassment complaints.

In this micro course, you’ll learn what to do if you hear that one of your team members is experiencing sexual harassment at work. You’ll also learn how to handle the complaint in a way that’s legal, professional, and ethically responsible by looking at some critical do’s and don’ts.
